Our DMP Flex 350 Production printer is optimized for adjustable, high throughput and low total cost of operation. Producing repeatable consistent high quality parts from multiple metals and alloys.

- Electron Beam (EB) Welding services and capabilities include atomic fusion using nonferrous and/or ferrous materials with a very narrow heat affected zone. Current size capabilities up to 68″w x 58″d x 78″h. Talk to us if you need other sizes.

- Even if Thaler Machine Company LLC does not have the current capability for processing a new idea, we will either work with approved suppliers or develop the process internally.
- Thaler Machine Company LLC has capability to perform assembly of inserts, pins, keys, etc.
- Thaler Machine Company LLC has capability to kit multiple parts for shipping.
